But I want someone's opinion, the 17' is the same price yet I can get them to price match with amazon to knock off $100... But the 15' has much better build quality. Also wanted to ask if the extra 2' of screen could potentially giving me slightly worse frame-rate?

You can always get the 15" and buy a spare 24" monitor to hook your laptop up to if you play a desk often

What's the airflow for the laptop.

You want good airflow to keep the laptop cool. Most laptops draw air from underneath which isn't ideal. You want multiple airflow entrants

My advice is don't buy from best buy, their prices can be aids at times. If you do buy from them look at other online retailers and try to argue the price if you find a legitimate retailer that sells at a lower rate, they generally let you off with the lower rate. Another thing you need to take into consideration is tax, you aren't exactly charged for it on websites like newegg.

Go for the 17inch if you are really looking to buy a laptop, but I wouldn't, just get a PC which will be way better hardware than that assuming you build it yourself to save some extra cash.
