Really good man, just one thing, which is the fact that I don't really like the green things near his eyes

i would put more vivid colors
and try to make other style
use the burn tool to black a little bit more the sides
use the dodge tool to light the green '' lights '' on the render
put a photofilter.. play with tha tools
but its nice, good work
