    How to I decompile .DLL files?

    I want to decompile GTA V Hack .dll file. I tried dotPeek, reflecter..etc but all of them didn't work. Any ideas?

    If there made in C# then you can "Decompile" them but C++ you wont get a SC format only assembly code.
