If you are using the speed hack, what is the game like for everyone else? Will it lag for them or be in Slow motion as well?

I think she means a popup form? So when you click tweaks, a form will pop up for the tweaking hacks. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks I do my best, I could make one for singleplayer but I don't think theres many people who would want it as much as multiplayer also if I did singleplayer people would want spec ops also and its abit to much even this trainer took me along time to make not sure if I wanna put in all the time it leaves me no time for anthing else. Im gonna try and get this mutliplayer trainer sorted first then I will see what happens. I still need to add more features to this one.

Just run the trainer then run Modern Warefare 2 Multiplayer. Minimize the game and chose your options.

I always run the game in windowed mode so it's really easy to go back and forth between the hack menu. BTW, Time scale is AWESOME! Whats the console command for it? I tried changing timescale "1" but it didn't do anything.

You don't have to run a vac disabler no, ive been using my trainer for a week now and haven't been banned but im not going to go as far as say they are undetected. Its your choice if you use a vac disabler.
