    Am i allowed to open up a RDP hosting service ?

    What the title says.

    Saw a couple of threads selling this but wanted to make sure.

    I am looking to open a RDP Hosting service.
    Monthly payments.
    Would have rules of what is allowed and what is not.
    What owner would get after payment are ip ,user & password for rdp to log in.
