second hand arent that bad because computer parts usually comes with 3 or 5 years warranty. even if your used part fails i'm pretty sure you can RMA it

It depends on the seller and the items.
about the warranty, can we test the things beforehand, daily usage, etc

and usually better to buy new, but if those things above still in good condition, why not ?

because its cheaper, we are going to replace them in a year or two , why not used then, although i would avoid buying used Memory, RAM and SSD
