I hate how I have to confirm that I made the order because its $1000 order. Like really? Do I use call them back saying i confirm the order? I just want to refund it later.

Yes, for high value items they need to make sure that it's not a fraudulent order hence why they call to confirm. Not a big deal, you just need to confirm that it is indeed you (the legitimate card holder) who placed the order.

Yes, refund is still doable. Apple does the same thing where they call prior to placing the order.
