VAC2 got ninja updated

It appears now that VALVe has updated their precious VAC2 module after many years:



Notice in the screenshot, the file size has changed significantly, and it also now has a Digital Signature.
The signature date tells us the exact time and day that VALVe had the file updated and signed.


This is not limited to Modern Warfare 2 of course,
every single VAC2 game will now be utilizing this new updated module.


Acording to the creator of VAC chaos (populair publc VAC2 blocker),
This does not seem to effect vac chaos in any way.
But i advise you to be wise, and lay of the Vac Disablers for a while untill we have some more info about this.

I'll keep this updated with the latest news.

If you're paranoid, suspend all usage of hacks until v1.04.

I thinks that says enough, stop using vac chaos, dont use detected hacks.
This does tells us that agentGOD is working on a way to fix this.

It's probably no biggie for AgentGOD to update it, the file being larger does not necesarly mean new detection methods. They probably just added signatures for all public hacks and the common methods that are being leeched all over the place
