Is Permanent HWID Banned or Account Banned ?

I've so many experiment with Battleye and Blackshot,
but i don't know why i play the game always getting abnormal action popup even i don't use hack ?
I'm already reinstalled the BlackShot for many time, always get abnormal action after finishing match.
What did you guys think, is it permanent ban or else ?

Make sure you did an clean uninstall of Blackshot.. That includes deleting files from Program Files (x86)

Clean install, mean no hack at all.

Tried my method? Delete al files related to BS and use CCleaner to delete any hidden files then restart computer. If still cannot play, possibility of IP banned.

Trying changing you IP
-If you still got abnormal action means it is blackshot issue. If it is a blackshot issue, Uninstall the game and then use CCleaner and install again
-If you change you IP and no abnormal action error occurred then it could be a POSSIBILITY of an IP ban

Confirm, i permanently banned. Playing same game copy using other computer with hack. Work normally without ban.

I think they banned me when i..
bypassed battleye, then battleye report my hwid in blackshot database or their database. then banned .

I get banned after 20min of playing blackshot using my banned pc

dynamic ip but the supplier is the same always ban I had the same thing but after applying my method everything is OK remember to clean the cookies from the browser before creating a new account on papaya
