Do you know how to make the eyes glow on the killers? They no longer do that with the config.

Good: Minimal loss of graphic detail
Extreme: Maximum detail loss and texture quality.

Do you mean the red light in front of the killer?

Are you using which config?
If you are using extreme config try adding this command in the engini.ini file

r.LightFunctionQuality=0

If you are using good you may have something wrong with your game.

Both from Extreme config
"r.SkeletalMeshLODBias=10" line is responsible for this. Delete this line and it should be fine.

and for survivors eyes? is only the white color like they have no black circle in the middle
