ALONG WITH PROTEIN SHAKERS EG. "BODY FORTRESS SUPER ADVANCED PROTEIN POWDER. IT HELPS WITH ALMOND MILK OR REGULAR MILK,
DEPENDING ON YOUR LACTOSE INTAKE.
2. GET PLENTY OF EXERCISE WALKING WILL NOT COVER IT WEIGHT TRAINING RIDING A BICYCLE SWIMMING SPEED WALKING ARE SOME OF THE STEPS YOU CAN
TAKE.
3. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM DIET SUPPLEMENTS THEY WILL DO MORE HARM THEN GOOD.
4. STOP BEING LAZY AND GET THE HELL OUT THERE AND JUST DO IT.
