Peanut butter, whole milk, whey powder, chicken thigh (or breast if you can stomach eating it constantly), eggs etc. There's a ton of food that is high protein you can incorporate.
I would like to gain more weight while getting lean. I was told by many people to increase my protein intake. I just want to know of ways that I should do it...
Should I do it by adding protein powder to meals/shakes? eat more protein balanced foods/snacks like peanuts? Should I depened on store bought items like the muscle milk? I need ideas on foods/beverages that actually work. Please tell me your strats.

I am not a middleman nor do I buy/sell anything. If you are being contacted by someone off-site from MPGH then it's not me! Please report these to me via PM. Don't be stupid, think first.
Do you want muscle gain? you go to the gym? If you need to gain weight, protein has a secondary role it will be Enough of 0.5-1 grams per kilogram of body weight. First and foremost, you'll need more calories, eat more carbohydrate foods. The key indicator in weight gain is an excess of calories.
Chicken breast, chicken thigh, chicken legs and cook them yourself.
Protein shakes are digested quickly and will leave you hungry fast.
Whole foods are the way to go.
excess protein intake is also not good for health.
You better plan how much is good as per your daily workout and then make meal plan accordingly.
I take whey protein wih milk, chicken, eggs and muesli
Simple. Eat at a low calorie surplus. Find your maintenance calorie count, add 200-300 calories onto it.
Track your macros, lift lots.
easiest way is using whey protein supplement. its pure protein in its highest quality form
Whey protein, chicken, eggs, chocolate milk, peanut butter.
If you find eating in surplus hard, you can mix protein powder with oats(you can get these at whole foods for like a dollar a pound, possibly even cheaper somewhere else), a few tablespoons of peanut butter, milk, a banana, and greek yogurt if you have any to make a pretty decent protein shake. However I only recommend this as a compliment to an otherwise hefty diet full of proteins and other healthy foods if you find it absolutely necessary.
I remember hearing on the news about Hockey players who eat like several eggs a day.
lean proteins like chicken are healthy. also legumes and quinoa are good sources. dairy like lowfat yogurt and milk also work without giving too much fat
