Adding Junk Code

I've managed to create my own injector and I downloaded Indigo source and am trying to make this stuff undetected. Will using VMprotect and adding junk code to every cpp file be enough to make indigo undetected and does it matter where I put the junk code inside of the cpp file? And about my injector, is using Vmprotect and adding junk code enough to make it undetected? I'm new to this so I don't know much about coding.
