    anyone know where i can download whole tv series

    without torrent preferably but i will use torrent if i have to

    I'm pretty sure Netflix allows you to download their TV shows, but I've only tried that on my phone so far.

    As far as I am aware, that feature is only available on the mobile devices, not on computers I could be wrong though.

    OP; there are websites that provide you TV shows if your local TV's aren't providing them, one of them is couchturner, and I think there are many more which share the same similarities like Couchturner.
