ida python scripts need help

hello I have 2 scripts written in python for ida to printout opcodes from the game exe but only one is working for me which is WorldOpcodesReceiveExtract.py . I need ExtractOpcodeName.py working so then I know which opcode is for which name here link to the files and the game = war.exe
added the files to WinRAR attachment can someone do screenshots of how to load the script and start it I think it works but I don't know how to get it working that's why I ask for guide or screen shot steps . it will look like this when dumped 255 opcodes but theres 9 more missing 264 opcodes
