I recommend trying L-theanine in combination with caffeine. It basically cuts away the jitters from caffeine, highly recommend.
I take vitamin C, but I do need to take a blood test soon and see if I am deficient in anything. Nootropics sounds interesting too, I might look into them. Anyone have any experience or knowledge with nootropics?
honestly not much when i am on a strict diet its mainly just oatmeal,eggs,milk,chicken/tuna/steak,fruits,nuts and veggies.
i make homemade protein shakes with milk,banana,honey,oats,eggs .. rest of the day its just water
i tried taking a preworkout but the caffiene has me up everynight till 5-6am with all the caffiene, so the only "supplement" ill take is a dunkin iced coffee once or twice a week lol.. and my cheat meal once a week.
Protein, multi vitamins and fish oil.
Just whey protein to fill in the daily protein macros in my diet.
