Fortnite Banned (Idk if IP or hwid)

every time i make a new account and i fly down it kicks me and says dont play on a proxy ect ect
i changed my ip sorta from a tut on youtube idk if they ban public ips though not the 192.168 ect ect cause i changed that
and i dont know if it changes public IP as well.

also deleted registry ids in reg edit and reinstalling fortnite now lets see what happens.

if this doesnt work anyone know if i should call ISP and change Public IP?

update none of those methods work.
gonna go to my ISP tomorrow and get a new router/IP

Update new router plus IP doesnt work i guess im HWID Banned

testing one last method for changing IDs
if this doesnt work im giving up boys. im not factory restoring my computer and losing everything i have

Update im unbanned it was a HWID ban and all i did was restore my computer but keep files
now im unbanned

make sure to delete every little thing associated with fortnite literally everything then restore computer but keeps files checked
worked for me but lost all my editing apps and fonts i use for GFX designing oh well

try this if its HWID

Fortnite: HWID and Account Unban
Open the registry editor. -> Windows + R then type in 'regedit' and press enter.
Navigate to this registry key:
Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Epic Games\Unreal Engine\Identifiers
Delete the folder
Restart the ENTIRE Epic Games Client, not just the game. -> This should regenerate the registry keys with new values, thus unbanning your account.

didnt do anything else i tried every method out there and this is the only one that worked also delete registery IDs like the post above this one before restoring computer

sounds like IP ban go get a new router from your ISP ?
its free to get a new router well at least in the US
just say your IP got leaked or some shit
