You need to Download Kiddion's External Job Hopper from old thread on this forum. Just find Kiddion's External Job... in other thread, you'll see it.

Been using it for 2 days spawned more than 5 M , 1.5M at a time no bans no issues game is also playble in wiindowed mode. Very nice mod

This tool works great!

I spawned 50mio on two accounts, no ban. You get a warning after arround 30mio, you need to wait a bit then or restart the client.

Some bugs I noticed, sometimes the tool makes me leave cars everytime it drops, restarting the tool fixes this. Also the drop doesn't seem to work if I press multiple keys at the time the drop appears.
