Anytime you merge posts/attachments the latest post is merged. Had this issue before, there is an option to change the actual user of OP but I was confused who was the original OP, and it appeared due to previous upload that momotros is the original thread owner. Would really help if vbulletin would take into account the actual owner of thread and keep it as the owner unless specifically changed.

I think I know how to revert the OP, will update this post.

Lol, okay same concept reapplied. Everything should be in order, correct OP, file attachment should be up to date and contain proper dll files.

I'm not sure if there was any changes to the actual botting part, tested and his latest update was working for me.

Hi, do you have d1scord? that could perhaps be easier to assist you, i'd like to see for myself why you are getting DC'd from the server as this hasn't happened to me yet.

There’s currently a problem with the UI for bot controls. As momotoro showed, the top bar (which contains all the options for making/editing bots) is blank. The bot works on testing servers, but there’s a bit of instability for me, as the load times sometimes fluctuate for me. (I think this is because of grimore 3.8's proxy? Its not a big problem, it just might be inconvenient for bots that require hopping rooms).

I can't wait to try it out more with the UI fix; looking forward to your work.

Edit: After trying out the bot for a bit, theres 2 problems so far.

1. Existing bots can't be used. I tried loading the bots in grimoire 3.6 and 3.8 folders, though none of them seem to load. (The command menu doesn't show anything). I haven't tried saving a bot directly into the grimoire 3.9 folder, though I doubt that would fix it. I can make new bots and save them, however.

2. If im switching windows (lets say, from the bot menu to the actual game) it takes around 1-2 extra clicks for my inputs to register. It goes something like this: click on the game -> nothing happens, another click -> nothing happens, another click -> finally the input registers. The same thing happens if I'm clicking from the game to the bot menu.

The file has been fixed and uploaded, try that if you haven't. all the things you've said that don't work are working for me.

as for clicking in the game, do you mean alt-tabbing back into grimoire, then clicking to move around? if so, I can just tab back to grimoire, click and move once. perhaps that may of been an issue in that WIP version I accidentally uploaded. if not, let me know.

Like I said, I just botted for some legion tokens and it worked fine, no DC, no lag, etc.





However I will tell you this, in any grimoire version from my experience I think, you can get DC'd if the bot is trying to turn in a quest when the bot is fighting a monster. I've tested a bot of mine in the early version and it was aggroing monsters while trying to turn in the quest. it simply couldn't, because it was in a fight. so eventually I got disconnected, until I turned off the aggro. (Provoke monsters I think).
Make sure that isn't happening to you, perhaps.

PS I used my legion token bot from grimoire 3.8 and it worked fine like shown.. interested in your issue.

If you're looking for something to work on for Grimoire, a great idea would be cross platforming between Grimoire 3.3 - Grimoire 3.9. I don't know if this is possible but since some 3.6 bots work on 3.8, it would be awesome if 3.3/3.5 bots could do the same as 3.8 has the best working features so far. Perhaps this could be in Grimoire 4.0?

@meme @Dab I'd like for the title to be changed to something like "Grimoire update with testing servers" or something of that sort. Reason: "It's alright. It doesn't really matter as long as it's not exactly what I use, which is "Grimoire X.Y"
