The payout server has been down for the last 4 days, and been down for 3 of the last 4 weeks. Just today we switched the router to an expensive router to mitigate the issues, and there has been a lot of restructuring going on the server. I just got access today and fixed the server so now NPCVend just went back up again 10 minutes ago. I'll begin testing payouts again tomorrow. I've been whiteboarding the refund system, everything looks solid.

I apologize for the convenience everyone, it's been a pain in my ass too. I'm unable to test locally, only on the production server unfortunately.

Update:

Had a third party provider hosting NPCVend, apparently the dumb mother fucker was doing cleanup and deleted the npcvend resource group. I've spent hours on the phone with tech support, they couldn't recover the data because it was a "legacy" disk or some bullshit. I've searched my entire drives, dug through deleted files, nothing related to a full backup. I've been pretty fucked up last few days because of it, I lost a shit ton of work (invested over a year developing the product) and data that was highly valuable and a lot of money that I invested in infrastructure and hosting payments. I couldn't find a recent off site backup, only a table structure which is completely useless.

The good news, it has a minor impact on you. The private keys for the coins are safe and stored on a separate microservice w/ daily backups. The bad news is that the NPCVend logs were lost, and because of this, payments can't be done automatically. I'll be putting a transaction claim website up over the weekend, I'll give 30 days for anyone to resolve any disputes before I start handing money out (unless it was already resolved). Then an additional 60 days for late stragglers. I'll post an announcement as soon as it's up for 30 days and link to the thread.

I'm so fucking pissed off. I don't want to hear anyone's shit, I'm not in the mood. I don't know what's going to happen to NPCVend, Dave's pretty pissed off at me for not keeping off site backups regularly. I'll probably re-host but completely disable registration / user products, just to host buying of premium memberships. If I do decide to relaunch it, it'll be almost autonomous, e.g. pass through accounts for crypto payments rather than manual payouts, but there has to be a lot of redesigning and integrating a new framework, I don't know when I'll have time.

Anyways, Sunday I'll post a link to finish disputes or claim payouts. I apologize for the inconvenience. Shit happens, no time to be crying over spilled milk.
