Is there a higher chance of being banned after a ban on a different steam account?

I recently got banned on my main steam account for using greenluma and have a new account with little progress. I was wondering if there was a higher chance of being banned if i cheated in items or blood points even if the two steam accounts aren't linked.

Don't think so. I'm assuming it's all manually reviewed or something huge that flags you automatically. They might flag your hwid and give it a check but who knows.

If playing legit then no.

No they don't care but they do record your bans. If you will play legit but with hacked save file it all will be okay cuz they don't really care as it seems.
