Murder is unforgivable from the victim. So, murder for sure. Rape is a horrible crime and shouldn't be understated though.

I'd say murder because no one deserves to die, That goes for people I hate, I don't think they should die. If you commit murder your not just killing a person but you are creating a hole in the life of a loved one(s).

Rape is definitely better, the victim most the times will survive and can recover from the experience and trauma and go on to live their lives. However, with murder, it will most likely hurt more and not only that but also the person's life is over and there's nothing they can do to recover from that.

IMO, murder is worse and you can overcome getting raped, can't say the same for being murdered.

In terms of impact, I'd consider rape having less of an impact but it depends on how far rape is going. If the person gets beaten up so badly they're so ghostly, I would consider that equally bad since you've damaged them so much that they can't really do much

Murder takes away what life you could've had. Life, in itself, is full of experience, which wholly is a good in its own.
Rape is a traumatic, evil experience. But, you still have the experience of life itself remaining.

So I'd go with murder.

I believe both to be equally vile/abhorrent. Murder takes someone's life quicker, but rape may also make the victims life feel worthless or with no will to keep on living.
