Wat about 2 or 3 dead children and maybe a couple more injured because the firearm trained teachers are missing aprx 60-80% of their shots like most law enforcement does?

TO what degree does a child have to pose a threat for them to be murdered, can you create a quantitative measurement of threat levels? I had a teacher that was visibly upset everyday and eventually called a class room full of black people nigers and told them they'd grow up to pick cotton. I imagine if that guy had a gun a few of them would of been dead after he spazzed out.

The correlation between guns and gun violence is social welfare. In countries with less guns per capita that have more gun violence they have really poor healthcare and social welfare programs. In countries with nearly as much guns per capita relative to population that have less gun violence, they have really good social welfare. Like switzerland for example. There is semi-mandatory service in that country, and after serving you receive a complimentary hand gun with ammo. Despite virtually everyone owning a gun, there isn't nearly as much gun crime or violence as there is in America.

The right will tell you it's not a gun problem it's a mental health problem. That's true, but they don't intend to solve either problem. The long term solution is to improve our social welfare programs and change our healthcare system to one that makes sense financially and socially. Right now in america we are one of the only countrys to allow advertised drugs on TV. We have a private system where private individuals decide what to cover and what not to cover. Congress does little to nothing to control the prices of treatment and drugs. Our doctors and hospitals exploit the mentally ill by over prescribing them psychotic medication. Opioid aren't the only problem in america. Drug manufactures and any private individual for that matter has one priority and that's to make money. The priority to make money overtakes the priority to help people. This is why so many people are prescribed drugs to take for the rest of their life. Almost every school shooter has been on some form of prescription medication. If you've ever taken these kind of drugs, they're intended to nullify your emotional response systems so you're in a state of not giving a fuck. when you apply this sort of mind state with a firearm and the will to murder, you get school shooting after school shooting. In many cases if our mentally ill were treated properly like they are in countries like Switzerland we would not have this many school shootings. There is also the issue of firearms availability to every person. I can kill a lot more people with a semi-automatic rifle or hand gun than I can a knife. In America right now someone who's on the terrorist watch list, a known ISIS sympathizer, and has previous mental illnesses can purchase and legally own semi-automatic firearms without any background checks. This is directly because of organizations like the NRA funneling money from weapon manufactures and dealers into politicians, advertisements, and lawsuits. While they will back track and blame the states for not enforcing the laws, they're the ones who prevented them from doing so.

Mean while you have a case of identity politics plaguing the country preventing people from being sensible and making change to prevent school shootings. More guns do not equate to less crime. By all means having more guns equates to more crime, especially when you have shit social welfare programs. In places like Japan where guns historically were banned and shunned, you don't have dozens of mass shootings every year. In fact even if we tripled their gun crime rates according to population to match ours, they still have far less gun crime.

I don't understand your question, and that teacher appeared completely sane and a good person until he was pushed over the edge by the children in his class. Even the most sane people can act insane, to think other wise is delusional.

I 100% guarantee if he took a teacher firearms training class, he would have passed it and they would have gladly given him a weapon. Unless you want to argue against my anecdotal statement then there's nothing you can really attempt to fabricate to avoid this fact.
