Hi this is a lil bit bigger and better hack, its undetected and works for v1.6-1.7 its nonlagy well maybe 1 ping higher and it is really easy to turn thing of and on.
To activate:

Download the file and open COD4.exe it asks for your game executable, klick ok and then a screen comes klick on Computer HP(C

then Program files then Activision and klick Call of Duty4-ModernWarfare and then at last iw3mp.
now cod4 opens join an server and klick on F7 for your hacks these you wanna have on/off!
