    north face refund?

    i was wondering if anyone has tried to refund from the north face u.s. website, and if so was it easy? i bought a backpack from them and i'm feeling a little nervous about trying the did not arrive method.

    It's a risk to take since you ordered on your main address, but I can't say anything about North Face since I haven't heard anyone do it but it should be do-able considering it's only for a backpack.

    Apparently they're very easy according to people on other sites. They always recommend a partial refund.
