Told you ; Reset and Re-Sync your stats before Hacking.

My game does not sync with Steam at all anymore. Each time I exit the game, there is no indication that the game syncs with steam. Is there a way to force it to sync?

You'd have to apologize for the time I'm asking of you, I've not lingered in these forums long enough to get the experience I need with your hacking system.

I've tried this before, and... I'm wondering two things:
::How come not ALL Titles and Emblems get unlocked? Missing about 8-11 in all.
::If I unlock everything at level 70 and then prestige, will my challenges get reset?

No it is not undetected, nor is it safe to use.
You need a VAC Disabler to use ANY of the Multiplayer Hacks, it clearly states that to the right of the hacks.

If you think your safe there, think again, even VAC Disablers can get you banned.

It is ALL hacking, and no matter how hard you try to stop the ban, VAC will find you.

You have to specify the .dll's file name in the text box e.g. aimbot.dll
Has to include file extension too.
Then press red button.
