I have experience building my own agency and working with startups. Building an agency can work, you just have to identify the right niche (target customers) and you're good to go. I have a colleague who targets doctors and he makes and average of $4200 a month after labor and costs. I also can share with you some courses if you are interested in pursuing building an agency.
