Fatal Error when using VAC Chaos to Load Game

What do I do to get itr working and stop showing the "Steam must be open" message? I've tried opening it through Steam and I still get nothing.
Any solutions out there?

dude just dont use vac choas it only makes u get a ban . and then u will cry . so its bad .

3- Click Launch Game, Or something like that
