COD BO2 Online modding

Hello, i have been looking for a while now and was wondering if Black Ops 2 modding with a mod menu is even possible to go online or force host. I'm late to the modding community I know if anyone can help that would be great. thank you!

It's hybrid servers so no host, Also mods wouldn't work even if you had host since they check the map ff file before connecting to the game, if its modified it resets to an unmodded state.*This only applies to online matches obviously.

This is wrong actually
The thing is that you actually can host on PC with some tricks i discovered
The only problem now that i have with Hosting is that random players can't find your game, probably because the game knows that you are not a "Hybrid Server"
But you can still invite your friends to your Online modded lobbies so im confused
Maybe someone knows a fix for it via dvars?

yes somebody invited me in his lobby and he had funny mods + unlockall

I used to do the exact same things and I don't think that a single dvar can fixe this problem, the problem is that you aren't a server referenced as treyarch server's so you don't have the public possiblity and priority to host lobbies.
