Firstly you can't 10% unpack something...
Second OllyDump dumps the live executable module as it appears in memory. At that point the unpacking script contained within the executable has already ran un packing the module. Therefore the file dumped will be unpacked. However there still might be some problems with the PE header, import table, etc. but these are trivial compared to having the .text section dumped.
I would have used OllyDbg by now too, but Themida is detecting the presence or debugger on my system. I haven't looked into it enought to figure out why, but no worries. It is more then possible to write you own dumping program.
