I made some changes for my own use, so I thought I would share a version for you guys.
Functionally it is not much different to the original, but it should be a lot easier to use and understand.

Features:

- Tracks and aims at red and orange health bars - on left or right click.

- GUI with save functionality

- Faster triggerbot using subroutines - right click mode or full auto mode (or off). You can customize trigger speed, and I added a little humanizer as well.

- Vertical freedom toggle for PvE - you can customize the amount of freedom if you want.

- Some quality-of-life features - eg., can select which HP bars you want to track, draw your scan region, etc...

Instructions provided with download. Please check readme.

If the bot shakes, your aim speed is too high. Try turning it down and increasing "reduce scan" for better performance.

Version 3.4:

- reworked Y-axis mode options (Free, Custom or Snap)
- fixed incorrect triggerbot code (sorry, triggerbot wont work until a mod approves this attachment!)
- triggerbot "right click" mode is now "on click" mode, so left click works as well.
- made GUI cleaner, sorry if its not perfect but thats about as good as I can get it for now.
- added tooltip suggestions, hover over an edit box to see the tooltip.
- updated Readme. would recommend checking it out if you were having problems before.

This has not been tested.

Use at your own risk.

Didn't realize you can do this, but if you want 100% Y freedom, just set Y freedom to "0". Apparently AHK is fine with dividing by 0.

edit: Have updated readme to include that info, and also using a better method for triggerbot using mouse_events instead of ahk itself.

Version 3.3 added, if a mod could update the original post to this version that'd be great.

i've tested the 3.2 version on 3440X1440p res and it keeps swinging to the right of the screen every time it shots

I think I figured out why this is happening. If you have a very large resolution such as this one, you might need to set a NEGATIVE x aim offset.

For example, set it to -150 and see how you go.

Works good my man. Turn off Orange HP bar scanning for better performance. High aim speed if you want to go rage mode, careful of reports though.

Personally I love pulses and hand cannons with this bot.

Anybody used this in PVP? How does it perform?

Works well, Like he stated flags and certain terrains will glitch here and there but for the most part very well made AIM Assist/Triggerbot

Just do the update, its a bit confusing to see all these numbers. Can you please make it more simple?

The 3.4 attachment link seems to be invalid. Could you please check it?

@problemboy Should mostly work but I would be on the lookout for the 3.4 version, hopefully a mod checks this thread and pushes it soon!

Just improves your framerate, if you have high frames with better settings feel free to turn it up. The bot will use ~25% of your CPU though.
