I wanted to start a Logitech service but theres a rule saying you have to reach 200 posts untill you can do that.
Is it possible to gain the required trust with a giveaway in the giveaway section? I mean reaching 200 posts is for preventing that any unlegit random can post his service, but wouldnt a legit giveaway do the thing?

Read the rules. A giveaway/vouch copy to a reputable member lets you bypass the requirements.

Make a giveaway. Wait 3 days or more for it to end, and mention me or Smoke, Shadow, Lily, Ahlwong, Hova, Raple, or Psychotic to pick a winner.
