NPCVend is an Escrow site. basically he doesn't get the money until you get what you paid for, then the mods release the money and give it to him.

Alternative is that this service doesn't exist at all without NPCVend, the service provider is okay with it, so what seems to be your issue..?

Arun is the only mod who is in charge of handling all payments, disputes, etc on NPCVEND. Right now he is extremely busy as he has mentioned that he is going through the orders manually, if people keep making orders and being scammed it puts more work onto his plate until everything can be figured out. Seems like NPCVend is currently in BETA mode and many people are waiting for their money.

Money is safe regardless, sellers who're using NPCVend currently know that it may take time to resolve disputes/get payouts. If someone doesn't like the idea of that they don't have to use NPCVend.

You are selling a PRODUCT not a service.

SERVICE means you are actually DOING SOMETHING. So YOU would be the one to order the laptop. Not the purchaser.

If you are selling the LABEL only , then you are are selling a PRODUCT. If you are selling a LABEL , you are not in a position to talk about shipping.

I sell both. But since I don't want to break any rules, I am waiting for npcvend link. It is not misleading, it will simply be updated in the future.
