Where do I find those leveling up bots?

You remember all those accounts that were botted? In aram or twisted treeline or whatever it was, the accounts that are hitting like level 500 or someshit. Anyone know where to find these bots, don't really see any here on MPGH.

There is literally NO safe leveling up bots, except for a very few paid ones and they get outdated sooner or later, however the chances of your account getting banned if you level it up to "500" is 100% lol, I tried leveling some accs and they all got banned before even reaching 15-20.
