    i'm only familiar with refunds, not boxing. in this case does box them mean fill the box with heavy junk to simulate weight or just send it empty? i'd rather smooth talk this somehow then get into shipping anything if possible.

    Yeah you send some junk back that matches the weight of the original shipment. Has PayPal said to return anything yet or just reviewing the seller dispute?

    it just says they have appealed it and paypal will review any new information from the buyer or seller before making a final decision, no timeline. on the nvidia website under the order information it does say returned: 1 ...maybe submitting a screenshot of that will help?

    I wouldn't recommend doing anything before asking dama to make sure. She will tell you what to do

    i didn't get an email either, just happened to see on my paypal it said open case and in the resolution center it was back there so i clicked it and read it was at the appeal stage. strange paypal wouldn't email about it.

    I wonder if they finally discovered all the refunds in their paypal account and are checking if the cards were actually returned.

    My concern is I win the paypal dispute and nvidia tries to come after me directly through collections or even sue.

    So, the method is call them say NA, they give you case nr and you just fill dispute with that number?
