    Stamina & Respiratory Fatigue

I Run/Cycle From Time To Time, After Being Hospitalized For Unrelated Reason, Staying Very Hydrated.
There's A Major Problem I've Had Since I Was In School (Gym Class) I Always Get Some Form Of Fatigue
Where The Area From My Nasal Cavity To My Lungs Feel Extremely Cold. A Coach Tells Me It's Just That I Need
Fresh Air, But I Know It's Because I Am Not Too Athletic, Even With A Seemingly Athletic Body.

Any Tips On How To Improve Stamina & Info On My "Condition" Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

Did this issue surface after you were Hospitalized? Can you also also try to describe the " Extremely cold" , do you feel cold as in that part of your body when you touch it or the organ feels cold from the inside?.

Generally to increase Stamina , you will have to do activity that puts a tolerable stress into your lung and body , so it will adapt to handle those stress and you increase intensity as you go. running or swimming is the most common activity to do.

Does it happens only during cold season or is all season?

if is all season then i strongly suggest a PET scan , it does sounds like a sort of infection , could just be me over thinking , but i recommend getting a body check at least with your MD when you are free.

P.S: Can just be Asthma tbh

It's All season, Skipping Over 2nd Part Since I Was More Or Less Full-Body Checked For Abnormal Conditions.
Past Physicals I Completed/Received Didn't Result In Asthma, Could Be Poor Body Care.

Since you do running/cycling, try to set a goal for yourself. Try to make yourself cycle a lap/run a certain amount of miles in a certain amount of time and have that time being cut down over the course of weeks. This will help train your stamina a bit better! As for the "getting extremely cold" issue, try to get it checked with a doctor asap. No matter how small it may seem right now, it should still be looked into!

Make sure your PH levels are good. Your body needs to be alkaline that means no sugars, white flour, fast foods eat vegetables instead.
