Here is a new unlocker that's like Code Slice's. It's tested and it works fine, so ENJOY GUYS!!

Instructions

1. Start MW2
2. Alt+tab
3. Open MW2 unlocker.
4. Choose what you want and unlock stuff.
5. Close program.
6. Change your classes to insure that it saves your unlocks.
7. Restart MW2.
8. Have Fun

does it save all auto or do i need to start the hack every time then i start mw2? if it save auto, how do i remove it if i dont want it anymore?

it saves automatically since the steam cloud saves your file.
just play one round after having changed your stats etc. and you should be fine.
