Hi everyone, my previous se service thread has received a pretty high number of requests so i decided to make a more automated service to better manage all the claims

The service is available to those located in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa)

The price for the SE is the 35% of the MSRP, you can add a small % to give your claim an higher priority, in this case we will start the process by calling the support and we'll do our best to reduce any possible delay.




FAQ.

What does AUTOMATED mean?
-We process the claims in order, whenever there's any updates the case status is updated by us. So you don't have to worry about forgotten cases, or we being away, or we not updating you quickly. It's always up to date.

Why should you choose this service?
-It's probably the logitech/ue/jaybird service with the highest success rate on MPGH. We created our own SE method, which is considerably more efficient than the public one

How long does the whole process take?
-The process takes around 10 days with priority, 2/3 weeks with the standard service

Seller started the SE the same day. He told me receiving my products, can take up to 1 month. I received my products after 17 days which is fast for Logitech.
