BRO i already use md5 changer the file error not working can u try make something? or just make new file

the original file cant use anymore and my laptop always restart when i use. it did my laptop broken now? cause after i use md5 i cant open that file anymore

is it because of BEservice.exe? cause after it connect to blackshot then suddenly my computer faulty, and auto restart back. been trying more then 5 time. any one know the problem?
