correct but what are you gonna do when youre told to send the SNAD item back? the post i quoted said to do that and send junk back.

ebay will side with you 99% of the time, theres more that can happen after getting the refund is the issue

ive got a way where ebay eats the refund, seller keeps their money. i provided proof to a member where ebay refunded me $1280 of their own money but you guys can keep boxing and get reported for mail fraud

ive had success on ebay by just saying the item never arrived to the seller, they seem to think it got lost or someone stole it so they just send another

I'd use a service similar if not Square Trade -- sold a S4 phone and all went ok - gl.

they give you label and tracking, needs to be used otherwise they close the dispute

unless you did a dispute for an item worth $20 then ebay would easily just refund you and let the seller keep the money over that amount
