LoL Camera Tool 2.3 Update Notes:
Removed some old/dead code
Tidy up and fix breakages from 2.2
Click the Activate Extras Checkbox to unlock FOV/Rotation/Camera mode, this will do an extra scan for some data, which may be less safe (anti-cheat) thus being an extra option.
Added an Auto checkbox for applying options every game

Current Features:
Camera Displacement - Moves the camera further away from the game world, similar to Zooming.
Camera rotation - Rotate the camera freely
Field of View - Change Field of View, effectively seeing more
Third Person View - Camera will follow character like a third person game, beta Replay support.
Fly Camera - Fly the camera using the numpad controls

Shouldn't break on patches. In the case it does I'll update it.

Mouse Rotation
Lets you rotate the camera by holding down middle click or LCtrl and moving the mouse.

Hotkeys:
Left Click(Hold) - Change Direction
NumPad8 - Move Forward
NumPad5 - Move Backward
NumPad7 - Turn Right
NumPad9 - Turn Left
NumPad4 - Strafe Left
NumPad6 - Strafe Right
NumPad1 - Pitch Down
NumPad3 - Pitch Up

Not currently, but if your account is important to you I would avoid any kind of hacking altogether.

Working for Patch 8.22, just be careful while using.

I would recommend using zoom over the extras like FOV, they need to do a deeper scan which is more susceptible to triggering the anti-cheat.
