Combat Arms: Reloaded Unban

Hi,
is there any way to get unbanned from Combat Arms: Reloaded?
Im NOT account banned, its anything else.

I tried to reinstall Windows, change my IP, MAC and HWID.
I made a new account with another PC and tried to login, didn't work.
I think the only way is to buy new Hardware, but idk.
