it is a sign of social anxiety but it's not full blown social anxiety it more so sounds like your just socially awkward, but if you go into a public setting
and tend to have panic attacks shortness of breath or chest pains or a sudden urge to flee and go to a safe distance, then Yes you have social anxiety disorder.

might be social anxiety problem with that disorder is that u cant really talk to people in person about it cause they would never understand but try using cbd oil its natural. ive heard it works very well for people with it. its natural at least not like the shit the doctors will give u which can cause brain shocks and many other harmful side effects. plus it makes you into a zombie tired all the fkn time and shit.

I even find it hard to talk online.
It's not as easy as some have said on this thread to just get out there.
I've tried plenty of times and it makes me very stressed out.
It has got a bit better as I get older though so hopefully it will continue and I can finally get a bit of a normal life.
