Im assuming you are talking about B-alanine and not alamine, but honestly i do not think you need both of em. Imo creatine is enough since they basically do the same thing - longer, harder and more reps, but different mechanisms. So it is more of a do you want to question rather than should. Personally id go for just creatine, the beta sorta hinders the burn for me and I prefer feeling the burn #Bigdickenergy. But then again they might work slightly different for you so maybe just test both out, see what you prefer. Usually the best way of finding out stuff like this is to try.

Creatine way better. B-Alamine may have side effects and it's not as tested as creatine is.

Creatine is a super well-known supplement, and there's way more research on the side effects with it. Best to stick with just that, especially since the gains you'd see from adding B-alanine would be marginal compared to creatine.

Personally tried both and they had no noticeable effect. Some people do see performance improvements using creatine though but the studies seem to suggest that there are also creatine non-responders like myself.

While creatine is made in the body and found in various foods we eat, supplementing with it will increase the amount of phosphocreatine in our body above baseline. An increased amount of phosphocreatine will elevate the amount of energy our body can produce and use in the form of ATP. An elevation in ATP will lead to faster sprints, higher jumps and stronger lifts in the gym. Of course, creatine will not give you any kind of benefits to the degree of anabolic hormones but over time the benefits of creatine will be seen in the form of improved performance and more musculature.
