I got the vouch copy (Paypal + Ebay).

I received the accounts and they are in working order.

User provided me with a load of instructions on how to use it which encourages me to believe that he knows what he is doing.

I am yet to use the accounts but i highly believe that if any problems occurs thats because of paypal/ebay detecting/doing their own thing and not because account was set up in a wrong way.I will leave room for doubt tho.
