Mods & Rez Modding - RULES [Updated]

Welcome to MPGH's Combat Arms Modding section.


1) No discussion threads in the modding release section.
Discussion threads should be posted in the Combat Arms Modding Discussion section

2) Request mods must be posted in the Mod Request Section

3) No outside links, we've upped the file upload limits exclusively for this section
If the file is bigger and can't be uploaded, PM the Ca Staff.

3) Screenshot are mandatory for mod releases. ie; Textures, backgrounds, lobbies, HUD's, etc;
If releasing a nudity mod YOU MUST blur or cover up the actual nudity for the screenshot.
YOU MUST INCLUDE 18+ WARNINGS ON ANY NUDITY RELEASE, OR YOU WILL BE BANNED

4) Videos are mandatory for RoF / other Hex Edit mods that can't be previewed with a simple picture.


5) You must upload the file to your thread using the "Manage Attachments" button located towards the bottom of the screen. Looks like this:




6) One Virus scan are mandatory for releases a mod.

Rules regarding Sexual content on Mods.

As it has come to my attention, that several people have posted Mature content (18+)

I am forced to make a legal protection statement, so as to prevent any sort of legal repercussions from angry parents, due to their children having access to mature content, without disclaimer or warning.

What you, as the poster must do:

If you wish to post mature content, YOU MUST CLEARLY, AND UNDERSTANDABLY label the thread with a warning.

IE: "Bla bla bla mod [WARNING EXPLICIT CONTENT (18+) ONLY]"


Failure to do so will result In the poster being banned.



To Users who view threads with mature content:

By accessing a thread with clearly labeled mature content, you give up all legal and non-legal claims & rights, and thus cannot hold the poster, the website and/or its staff accountable.

This goes in addition to the Terms of Service, and Disclaimers.



I hope this is well understood, and please abide by these rules to prevent any misfortunes. If these steps are not followed, all mature content will be removed permanently and any future posters banned.
