"aggressive" riven main, so I based it off this and used some red/white colors and font.
looking for ways to make it pop out more, ty in advance.

i dont see any harmony in the whole banner, for me its just a picture with 3 random graphics. no harmony within the banner. you should work more on transformin them into one whole.

first of all, depending on your target audience it looks good for teenagers.
However, if you are looking for professional looking you will need to consider the things below:
1. Keep your house style the same, if you are using flat style keep it, cartoon style keep it, try to make sure people feels your product(banner) is in 1piece, the first feeling I got on your banner is Rivan is off the page, looks like you cropped it from somewhere else just to fill that space up.
2: the Rivan figure- looks too blurry and since she is holding a sword on the right, it looks like she is jumping off the banner to the left.
3: the background- Yes, its good to put a background but somethings less is more. You could consider adding a shade instead of using a "noisy" background.
4: TreeTipper on its own looks nice. You can play around with the tales of each word to make it your style. At the moment all the words are sitting at the same level, if you want it to pop out maybe you could try to pull the "p" tale from Tip"p"er to make it looks more awkward.
5. if you are considering everything in the same size, reconsider the size of your rivan too!.

I hope these help, its good to have more opinion. Different people have different opinion and Art is Art, your style suits teenagers if your reconsider your repositioning of the elements it would be a good piece of work!

Seems kinda "Flat" (?) idk. There's no harmony in the banner, and you should make it a little more 3D.
