Late Bans? VSAT

I'm using a public VSAT from MPGH, for 40 hours now and i have not been banned. And it's also months old VSAT.

I've used it in the past so i don't want to use it again, could i get late ban? Or if it's detected and im using it ill get banned (that's how it works im pretty sure?)

Activision has stated that they are no longer monitoring Black Ops 2.

Wait 1k hours with cheats? Were you really that legit or whats going on here? Cheeating in Black ops titles would result in a permanent ban very quick unless you play super legit which is hard.
