I dont really have an oven, just a microwave and a hob, plus im really lazy.. Im 210 lbs atm, thiccc. What are some easy, cheap and healthy meals that i could eat?

If you're lazy I'd recommend meal prepping. It sucks while you're doing it but if you can just make yourself do that, then you'll have food for a week. Do it a couple times and you won't go back. Just make a bunch of chicken rice and broccoli and you'll be good to go

My go to meal is Chili, it's healthy and takes liek 2 minutes to make.

You can actually easily cook easy meals. Like white fish filets, with some boiled vegetables. healthy, ez to make.
