Spinach salad with grilled chicken breast is my favorite and it takes like 2 mins to make if you just cook a bunch of chicken on sundays for the whole week
instant noodles!
Breakfast:
- Instant oatmeal, multivitamin, omega-3 fish oil, vegetable powder shake (I recommend VegeGreen)
Lunch:
- Spaghetti Aglio E Olio (spaghetto + garlic + olive oil + paramesan)
Dinner:
- Rice (invest in a rice cooker)
- Sausage (you can cook this in the rice cooker) or
- Chicken thighs @ 400-425 F for 20-25 min
It's easy, relatively healthy, and friendly to your wallet
